Macromolecule compound material well lid

Traditional sand well lids (inspection well lids) are made of cast iron, they are liable to be rusted, and not beautiful, it is apt to cause noise when vehicles and pedestrian go past. With the economical reformation advancing, big and middle cities have changed remarkably in all places nationwide. Especially the industry is developed alongside the seaside area, the vehicles flow increase accordingly, heavy-duty vehicles are more, city beautification requirements are improved constantly, traditional sand well lids can not fulfill the requirement either for the strength or for the outer looking. Sand well lids installed on the road were stolen from time to time, causing injury accidents of pedestrian and vehicles. In the last few years steel fiber concrete sand well lids were developed, its loading effect surpassed greatly the cast iron well lids of the same kinds, and met the requirement of the heavy-duty vehicles, and didn’t cause noise and prevented from stealing (no stealing value). Steel fiber concrete sand well lids have high loading strength, but the material itself is brittle, the anti-impacting ability is not ideal, especially the joint seam between the sand well lids and road surface is not smooth, occasionally there should be some edge destroyed or crack occurring. Regarding the above-mentioned sand well lids’ drawbacks, I (Ye Chifan) invented and developed well lids made of macromolecule compound material, and have applied for invention patent and outer design patent.

Glass fiber enhancement macromolecule compound material well lids features:

• Guard against theft—non-reinforcing bar strengthening, belonging to thermoset polymer. There is no recovery utilization value, resolve the guard problem against theft.
• High loading strength --- the products loading ability have reached and surpassed the national construction material profession JC889-2001 standard
• Good decoration result--- Produce and use color in harmony with the usage site according to the customer requirements.
• Convenient safety check--- Light products, it is one-third of the iron casting products weight.
• Wearproof, isolation---Add in special wearproof and insulation material.
• Rustproof, heatproof, frost-proof--- Rustproof, heatproof and frost-proof materials are added in the products. It adapts to be used in the various climate and environment on the site
• No unusual sound---Scientific engineering, the bottom and lids are coinciding, there are no spring, disturbing and noise phenomenon.
• Long lifetime--- above 30 years
